We love creative art at East Sale Kindergarten and even at this early stage in the year in the 4 Year Old Program, we can see that we certainly have some budding artists in our group!
This was the children's first attempt at using crayons & watercolour. The children were first encouraged to draw something onto their paper first with crayon & then explore adding colour to it using the watercolour block paints!
It was quite interesting to watch how some children were so very particular about where they made their marks on the paper, whilst others were happy to explore bold colour marks & even some colour mixing!
We can't wait to watch the childrens skills in their creative expression develop over the course of this year!
